We at Coforge are hiring AI Solution Architect with the following skillset:
- Architect, design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Cognitive AI solutions, including NLP, Computer Vision, Speech, and Conversational AI.
- Design and implement Document AI models and endtoend document processing workflows.
- Deliver full lifecycle machine learning solutions covering data preparation, experimentation, model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous updates.
- Apply MLOps best practices to automate model lifecycle management, monitoring, retraining, and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to transition prototypes and PoCs into productionready solutions.
- Optimize AI/ML algorithms for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / TFS to support ML deployments.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance on AI/ML best practices and architecture standards.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to embed AI capabilities into enterprise products and services.
- Stay current with advancements in LLMs, Generative AI, MLOps, and modern ML frameworks.
Mandatory Skills (MustHave)
- Strong experience in designing and deploying Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Cognitive AI solutions.
- Handson experience with Document AI development and workflows.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI models, use cases, and enterprise applications.
- Proven expertise in productionizing endtoend ML pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of MLOps, automated deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Handson cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to optimize, tune, and refine AI/ML algorithms for enterprise scale.
Desirable Skills
- 10 - 12 years of experience in AI/ML architecture and solution design.
- Experience across GenAI implementations, Text Analytics, Machine Learning, and MLOps.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
- Handson experience with cloud services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Neo4j, etc.
- Experience with REST API frameworks including FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
