Role Overview:
We are hiring for Multiple roles in our growing Social Media Marketing team one at the Senior level and one Junior. Both roles require hands-on expertise in managing social media campaigns across platforms, leveraging AI tools, and maintaining strong relationships with clients globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow brand presence across platforms: META (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat
- Collaborate with international clients, maintaining consistent communication and project updates
- Use AI tools for creative content generation (image, video, captions) and performance enhancement
- Plan, schedule, and analyze campaigns using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar
- Prepare monthly performance reports with clear KPIs and actionable insights
- Coordinate with design, content, and paid ads teams for seamless campaign delivery
Senior Profile Additional Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of client strategy, campaign calendars, and performance reviews
- Lead internal and external project calls and client review meetings
- Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices
- Ensure deadlines and creative briefs are consistently met
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, formats, and audience targeting
- Prior experience with international brands or global campaigns is mandatory
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Pictory, etc.
- Comfortable using social media management and automation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong project management skills (especially for the senior role)
