Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with 25 years of experience in social media management and brand growth. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with analytical insight to enhance Enout's digital presenceparticularly on LinkedIn and Instagramwhile driving engagement, community building, and visibility across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives and campaign goals.
  • Manage and grow Enout's official social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.) with platform-tailored content.
  • Create engaging visuals, videos, and copy that reflect Enout's tone, voice, and positioning.
  • Maintain a structured content calendar ensuring consistency and engagement across platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for cohesive campaign execution.
  • Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to introduce innovative formats and ideas.
  • Schedule and publish posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Own our LinkedIn and Instagram presence, build community in HR-focused groups, and report on engagement to fuel brand recognition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
  • 25 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital communication and community engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow brand presence across multiple platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Basic skills in graphic design or video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
  • Experience in B2B or employer branding content is an advantage.
