Role Overview-
We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media & Marketing Specialist with 37 years of strong in-house marketing experience to lead and elevate Lyxel & Flamingo's digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our complete social media ecosystem, building impactful B2B content, and driving strategies that strengthen our brand and support global business expansion. This role requires a proactive, creative, and data-driven professional who can collaborate across teams, take full ownership of initiatives, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities-
Social Media Management
- Manage, optimize, and grow all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) for Lyxel & Flamingo.
- Develop and roll out engaging content including case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, videos, and thought-leadership posts.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm shifts, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
Content Creation & Strategy
- Build and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality B2B content suitable for global audiences.
- Ensure strong storytelling that reflects the brand's voice consistently across channels.
Brand Image & Global Growth
- Develop strategies to strengthen brand positioning and maintain cohesive messaging.
- Drive initiatives that expand brand awareness globally and contribute to international business growth.
- Work on strengthening the brand's digital footprint across relevant markets.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate seamlessly with creative, copy, design, animation, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Support integrated marketing initiatives through effective cross-functional coordination.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics across platforms.
- Prepare insights-driven reports highlighting wins, challenges, and areas for optimization.
Market Research & Trend Monitoring
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep Lyxel & Flamingo ahead.
- Recommend innovative content and engagement strategies based on research.
Event Management & Engagement
- Support planning and execution of virtual and on-ground brand events.
- Promote events across social channels to drive maximum attendance and participation.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between the brand and internal/external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Requirements-
- 37 years of relevant experience in in-house marketing, social media management, and content strategypreferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to manage and scale social media platforms and support global business expansion.
- Strong coordination skills for collaborating with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, independent, and able to take complete ownership of projects.
- Proficiency with analytics and management tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
- Strong prioritization, multitasking, and time-management abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields; agency experience is a plus.
Technical Skills Required
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, features, and best practices.
- Content Creation: Ability to produce impactful written, visual, and video content tailored to each platform.
- Storytelling: Skilled in crafting compelling narratives for B2B and global audiences.
- Tools Proficiency: Strong command of scheduling, publishing, social listening, and analytics tools.
