Qualification:

Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Communications/ Marketing/ Mass Communication/ Journalism

Certifications- Social Media Marketing/ Content/ SEO is a plus.

Job Summary:

Reelotek Metals is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead the company's social media strategy, content creation, and digital engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in social media marketing, content strategy, analytics, and brand building, with hands-on experience in a manufacturing or metals-related industry being a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Technical SEO audit and implementation

On-page and off-page optimization

Keyword strategy and content recommendations

Monthly performance tracking and reporting

Social Media Marketing:

Content strategy and calendar creation

Creative development and copywriting

Channel management (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

Community engagement and growth strategies

Paid campaign management (if offered)

LinkedIn Management for Founders:

Personal branding strategy

Regular content creation (posts, articles, thought leadership)

Engagement and network growth

Profile optimization

Collaboration & Project Management

Coordinate with teams for campaign alignment.

Manage freelancers, agencies, and influencers efficiently.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strategic Content & Brand Management

Platform Expertise & Digital Trends

Analytics & Performance Optimization

Technical Skills- Social Media Management tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, CapCut, SEO tools.
