Role Overview
The Social Media Lead will own the brand's social media presence end-to-end from strategy and content direction to execution, performance tracking, and team coordination. This role sits at the intersection of brand, content, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own overall social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc. as relevant)
Define content pillars, posting calendars, and platform-wise narratives
Lead daily content execution including reels, static posts, stories, carousels, and community posts
Work closely with designers, videographers, creators, and agencies
Ensure brand tone, visual consistency, and storytelling alignment
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, saves, shares) and optimize content
Manage community engagement, comments, DMs, and social hygiene
Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform updates
Required Skills & Experience
78 years of social media and content experience
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, formats, and growth levers
Experience working with creative, marketing, and performance teams
Ability to balance brand storytelling with engagement and scale
Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills
