Role OverviewWe're looking for a high-ownership Social Media Manager who can manage content, shoots, influencers, and brand communication end-to-end. This role requires strong execution, aesthetic sense, and people skills.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage New Theory's presence on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Ensure end-to-end content execution from ideation to posting
- Coordinate shoots by following shoot SOPs and managing models, creators, editors, and designers
- Ensure smooth on-ground shoot execution and timely delivery
- Manage influencers end-to-end: outreach, negotiation, coordination, and tracking
- Identify and grab PR opportunities and represent the brand at events
- Manage event communication and on-ground execution
- Maintain strong aesthetic and brand consistency
- Drive virality for products and campaigns
- Engage with the community via comments and DMs
- Track performance and share basic insights
What We're Looking For- High accountability, ownership, and deadline discipline
- Strong understanding of social media trends and growth
- Experience handling shoots and influencer management
- Good communication and people skills
- Interest in fitness, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
Good to Have- Experience with D2C or fitness brands
- Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop and basic design sense
- Basic understanding of reel editing
