Job Title: Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Job Purpose:
The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for monitoring social media campaigns as well as coordinating marketing efforts to promote the brand, products, and services across various platforms. The role involves managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistency across digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy coordination:
- Execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Coordinating for creating engaging and relevant content (text, images, video) for social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visuals and infographics to enhance social media posts.
- Campaign Management:
- Coordinate for digital marketing campaigns and social media promotions to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, using data to optimize and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Community Engagement & Management:
- Coordination for responding to comments, messages, and engagement across all social media platforms to build community relationships and customer loyalty.
- Foster interaction and engagement with followers, fans, and influencers to increase the brand's online presence.
- Stay on top of social media trends and participate in relevant conversations to maintain a fresh and active online presence.
- Content Scheduling & Posting:
- Maintain a content calendar to organize, plan, and schedule posts for timely execution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all content reflects key marketing messages and upcoming promotions.
- Influencer Collaboration & Partnerships:
- Identify potential influencers and brand ambassadors to collaborate with on social media campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure content aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Monitor influencer campaigns and measure ROI through engagement metrics and conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, growth, and other key metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance and engagement.
- Email Marketing Coordination:
- Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, segmenting lists, and managing distribution.
- Monitor email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team:
- Help coordinate and support marketing events, promotions, and product launches, both online and offline.
- Brand Monitoring & Reputation Management:
- Monitor brand mentions and customer reviews on social media platforms and respond appropriately to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Report on any negative feedback or social media crises, escalating issues as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus.
