One of Our Client seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager – Social Media to join our performance-driven marketing agency.
You will manage end-to-end social media campaigns for clients, ensuring measurable growth in brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a blend of client management, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making, as you will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable social media strategies
- Build long-term relationships with clients, providing consultative guidance and strategic recommendations
- Conduct regular account reviews, performance meetings, and present insights and optimization opportunities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms such as:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Collaborate with creative, performance, and content teams to produce high-quality, engaging ad creatives and content
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports of social media, analyzing results and providing actionable insights
- Suggest optimizations and improvements based on market trends and competitor analysis
- Ensure campaigns are delivering to KPIs and budget goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Collaborate with influencer marketing teams for integrated campaigns when required
- Provide feedback and direction to ensure content aligns with client expectations and brand guidelines
- Managing the shoot end to end, product shoot & model shoot
Business Development Support
- Assist in pitching new campaigns and ideas to existing or prospective clients
- Provide inputs for proposals, budgets, and media plans
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 4–5 years of experience in social media account management
- Proven track record managing large client accounts and delivering measurable results
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, ad formats, targeting, and analytics
- Ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and reporting dashboards
