Job Description: Social Media Manager (Fashion Focus)

Position Overview:

Yoshi Agency is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the fashion industry, to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies tailored to the fast-paced and dynamic world of fashion. If you have a flair for storytelling, a knack for analytics, and a passion for all things fashion, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement innovative social media strategies aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends especially around AI, tools, and technologies in the social media and fashion landscapes.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, captions) across platforms such as Instagram.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure campaigns reflect the brand's aesthetic and messaging.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster and grow a loyal community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging user-generated content.
  • Partner with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools to track audience behaviour, trends, and engagement patterns.

Campaigns & Collaborations:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns around product launches, seasonal collections, and brand milestones.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration across channels.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of professional social media management experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Proficient in tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer,Sprout social).
  • Strong copywriting skills with a creative flair for crafting brand-aligned content.
  • A solid understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, and fashion aesthetics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present findings effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of emerging social media platforms and trends.
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising strategies.
  • AI tools (Claude, Chatgpt, Higgsfield etc)
