ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be managing and shaping content for:
- Gaze & Grow Media (strategy-led branding & marketing agency)
- Amental health & counselling brand (sensitivity matters)
This role requires:
- Creative thinking

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create monthly content calendars (not random posts)
- Build clear content pillars for each brand
- Translate brand philosophy into social narratives
- Understand why a post exists - not just what to post
- Plan grid-level feed aesthetics
- Ideate reels (hooks, angles, scripts - not just trends)
- Work with designers/video editors (or create basic visuals yourself)
- Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual consistency
- Think beyond likes (trust, recall, positioning)
- Posting, scheduling, and coordination
- Performance tracking & basic insights
- Suggest improvements based on data
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
- You rely entirely on AI tools to generate ideas
- You cannot explain why you chose a content idea
- You have never worked with real brands or businesses
- You think social media is only about trends
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You have managed brand pages (agency or in-house)
- You can show your thinking, not just output
- You understand storytelling + branding
- You're comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
PORTFOLIO IS MANDATORY
Your portfolio must include at least one of the following:
- Social media decks or content strategy presentations
- Brand pages you have managed (with explanation of your role)
- Feed planning or visual direction samples
- Any campaign or brand-led work you're proud of
No portfolio = automatic rejection
