Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The role involves content planning, execution, performance tracking, and lead-focused campaigns aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and offers
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions
- Coordinate with design and sales teams for promotions
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer engagement
- Run and optimize social media ads (if required)
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads)
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes
- Ensure brand tone and consistency across platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms & algorithms
- Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta / Instagram preferred)
- Content writing and captioning skills
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Experience Required- 23 years of relevant experience
