We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can own our social media presence, create engaging content, grow our community, and ensure consistent brand communication across all social platforms.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Sadhna.co's social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, trend-aware, and understands how to build and engage communities for a D2C brand.

What You'll Work On

- Planning and executing social media content calendars across platforms

- Creating engaging content ideas aligned with brand values and campaigns

- Managing day-to-day posting, scheduling, and platform optimization

- Coordinating with design, content, and brand teams for creatives and videos

- Writing captions, hooks, and basic copy for posts, reels, and stories

- Monitoring comments, DMs, and community engagement

- Tracking performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and preparing reports

- Staying updated on social media trends, formats, and platform updates

- Coordinating with influencers, creators, and agencies when required

- Ensuring brand consistency across all social media communication

What We Expect

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats

- Good sense of storytelling, aesthetics, and audience engagement

- Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking

- Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines

- Creative mindset with attention to detail

- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Canva, or similar

Who You Are

- 13 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred)

- Experience with D2C brands, lifestyle, or spiritual brands is a plus

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization

- Proactive, organized, and passionate about social media
