About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, idea-first, hands-on Social Media Manager to shape and scale our brand's social voice across platforms.
This is a role for someone who can ideate and roll it out, a creative thinker who can craft compelling storytelling concepts and then bring them to life through smart, sharp execution.
You will lead the brand's social presence end-to-end. From building a distinctive content strategy to executing campaigns that grow awareness, spark engagement, and elevate every touchpoint in line with our luxury Ayurvedic positioning.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Lead annual content planning, ensuring timely rollout of brand, product, and seasonal campaigns. Conceptualize platform-specific initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and community growth.
- Lead end-to-end content creation across photoshoots, video, reels, and short-form formats. Develop platform-specific captions and scripts while providing clear creative direction to ensure a consistent tone and visual identity across channels.
- Create engaging social media content including captions, scripts, execute and storytelling formats tailored for each platform.
- Provide strong visual direction and detailed design briefs for social creatives in line with the brand's aesthetic.
- Drive organic growth and engagement strategies on Instagram, Tik-Tok, Facebook and YouTube, leveraging platform trends and insights.
- Identify emerging social trends and opportunities relevant to the beauty and luxury lifestyle space.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for influencer and campaign collaborations.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness and actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to support paid social media campaigns (preferred).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms - Instagram, Tik-Tok, Facebook and YouTube marketing, including content formats, algorithms, and growth strategies.
- Instagram: Built scroll-stopping content, reels, and collabs that boosted engagement and grew a strong, loyal community.
- TikTok: Created trend-driven, high-energy short-form content that amplified reach and kept the brand relevant.
- Facebook: Ran smart organic and paid campaigns that sparked conversations and drove meaningful results.
- YouTube: Developed binge-worthy long-form and Shorts content strategies to grow subscribers and maximize watch time.
- Content writing and storytelling for social media platforms.
- Experience in paid/performance marketing is preferred.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury visual branding.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
