Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Gurgaon Rural. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for BondScanner. Responsibilities include planning content calendars, creating and curating posts, managing social media accounts daily, and optimizing posts for reach and performance. The role involves monitoring trends in financial markets and investor behavior, engaging with the online community, responding to messages and comments, and collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams to align social media initiatives with broader campaigns. The Social Media Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and use data to refine social media efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong social media and marketing skills, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and campaign goals.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and accurate posts and responses.
• Experience with social media analytics tools, performance tracking, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with financial markets, especially bonds or fixed-income products, is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple platforms and projects, work on-site with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
