The Cocktail Story is a platform dedicated to celebrating cocktail culture through storytelling, education, events, brand collaborations, and engaging digital content. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to grow our online presence, strengthen community engagement, and drive brand awareness across multiple social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, writers, and brand partners to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor trends in cocktails, hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, and digital marketing.
- Build and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
- Plan and execute influencer collaborations and brand partnership campaigns.
- Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Coordinate live coverage for events, tastings, launches, and industry activations.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and recommend optimization strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form video content.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media insights and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, events, or luxury brands.
- Knowledge of cocktail culture, spirits, bars, and beverage trends.
- Photography and short-form video editing skills.
- Influencer marketing and community management experience.
