About The Cocktail Story

The Cocktail Story is a platform dedicated to celebrating cocktail culture through storytelling, education, events, brand collaborations, and engaging digital content. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to grow our online presence, strengthen community engagement, and drive brand awareness across multiple social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, writers, and brand partners to produce high-quality content.
  • Monitor trends in cocktails, hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, and digital marketing.
  • Build and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
  • Plan and execute influencer collaborations and brand partnership campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Coordinate live coverage for events, tastings, launches, and industry activations.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and recommend optimization strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form video content.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using social media insights and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, events, or luxury brands.
  • Knowledge of cocktail culture, spirits, bars, and beverage trends.
  • Photography and short-form video editing skills.
  • Influencer marketing and community management experience.
