About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, social media trends, and moment marketing strategies.

This role requires someone who can think creatively, execute quickly, coordinate effectively with teams and influencers, and contribute to building a strong online brand presence.

Candidate Profile

• Age below 27 years
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social media trends
• Creative mindset with strong communication and coordination skills
• Highly organized and proactive in execution
• Prior experience in social media management, influencer marketing, content creation, or digital marketing will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain the brand's social media presence across platforms
• Ensure all social media pages remain active, updated, and aligned with brand objectives
• Plan and coordinate content calendars and posting schedules
• Track engagement and maintain platform consistency

2. Moment Marketing

• Stay updated with trending topics, viral content, cultural moments, and industry conversations
• Create quick-turnaround content ideas to leverage trends and improve engagement
• Suggest creative campaigns and real-time content opportunities

3. Content Creation & Coordination

• Conceptualize and execute content for online and offline marketing initiatives
• Create content ideas, scripts, captions, campaign concepts, and content briefs
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies for content production
• Assist in planning photoshoots, product shoots, influencer shoots, and campaign execution

4. Influencer Marketing

• Identify and approach relevant influencers for collaborations
• Manage influencer communication, barter partnerships, and paid campaigns
• Maintain influencer databases and track campaign performance
• Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines

5. Community & Brand Building

• Monitor audience engagement across social media platforms
• Support in building and nurturing a strong digital community
• Coordinate user-generated content and brand advocacy initiatives
• Maintain positive audience interaction and engagement
