Job Description

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should understand content strategy, audience engagement, trends, branding, and social media growth while being able to execute campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social platforms
  • Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
  • Create engaging captions, post ideas, reels concepts, and campaign strategies
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content execution
  • Monitor trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Build audience engagement through comments, DMs, community management, and interactions
  • Track social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, saves, CTR, and conversions
  • Run and optimize social media campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation
  • Collaborate with SEO, paid media, and branding teams for integrated marketing campaigns
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar tools
  • Understanding of content strategy, branding, and audience psychology
  • Basic understanding of paid ads and performance marketing is a plus
  • Ability to analyze engagement metrics and optimize content accordingly
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Freshers with strong portfolios and practical experience can also apply
