Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in West Delhi. The Social Media Manager will plan and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels, aligned with client objectives. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, coordinating visual and written content, managing community engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The role also involves social media optimization (SMO), tracking key performance metrics, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements based on data insights. The Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with content, design, and performance marketing teams, stay current with platform updates and trends, and contribute ideas for campaigns that build brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including platform best practices and analytics tools.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate messages for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in Content Strategy, including planning content calendars, aligning content with campaigns, and adapting messaging to different platforms.
  • Familiarity with broader digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, and email marketing is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret data, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working on-site in West Delhi and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
