Site Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Site Supervisor. We work 6 days a week. The Site Supervisor will oversee the daily operational activities at project sites, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The site supervisor will ensure accurate site measurements, site consultation and site level problem solving. Responsibilities include supervising site work, coordinating with teams for on-time delivery of tasks, quality assurance, and resolving onsite challenges. The role also involves communicating with clients and contractors to maintain high standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

OUR PRODUCT IS CURTAINS AND BLINDS and the site supervisor should ensure complete and accurate project execution right from measurements to final installations. Managing the team of installers as well as external vendors.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Site Supervision abilities, with experience in managing teams and maintaining project timelines.
• Strong skills in Quality Assurance and problem-solving to address onsite challenges and ensure high standards are met.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for collaboration with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and onsite safety management practices.
• Proficiency in time management with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-demand environment.
• Educational background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in interior design and textile projects or luxury environments is a plus.
