Site Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor role based in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising workers, coordinating with project managers, maintaining safety standards, monitoring progress, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

• Experience in construction site supervision, project execution, and understanding of structural formwork systems
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, project planning, and construction methods
• Proficient in leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication skills
• Ability to manage teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure smooth project execution
• Familiarity with industry standards and hands-on experience with high-rise or complex structural projects is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and manage day-to-day construction activities
• Basic knowledge of project management software or tools is a plus
