Site Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the worksite, coordinating with team members, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards, monitoring progress, and reporting updates to management. Additional responsibilities include resolving on-site issues, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring the quality of work meets organizational standards.

• Knowledge of safety regulations, construction standards, and quality assurance.

• Proficiency in reporting and using project management tools.
• Relevant technical certification, diploma, or bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines.
