Site Supervisor - Interior

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Site Supervisor - Interior. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily site activities to ensure effective execution of interior design and construction projects. Key responsibilities include managing onsite teams, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring project deliverables meet company expectations and deadlines.

• Proficiency in site supervision, team management, and overseeing execution of interior design projects
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, safety protocols, and construction methodologies
• Experience in project management, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely project completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address onsite challenges proactively
• Competence in using project management tools and basic MS Office applications
• Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field are advantageous
• Prior experience in the amusement or hospitality industry is a plus
