We are capable of handling occupied and fully operational job sites, as well as planning, managing, and building multi-phase projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Duties include coordinating with architects, consultants, and staff, managing labor, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, maintaining project schedules, and troubleshooting any issues that arise on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site organization, project management, and labor coordination
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and quality control processes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and architectural drawings
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in construction management or a related field
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
