Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Thane. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily onsite activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervising contractors and vendors, coordinating with the design and project management teams, resolving onsite issues, and ensuring timely project completion. The Site Supervisor will also maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project supervision and construction management experience
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control in construction
• Strong communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and understanding design specifications
• Proven ability to manage timelines, coordinate schedules, and meet deadlines
• Prior knowledge or experience in interior design projects is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications or a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
