Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer at MAARS Design, based in Chennai, India. The Site Engineer will oversee daily on-site activities, manage project timelines, and ensure construction quality aligns with design specifications. Responsibilities also include coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients, conducting quality control inspections, and monitoring structural engineering elements to ensure compliance with plans and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Competence in managing on-site construction activities and adherence to project schedules
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients
• Proficiency in quality control practices and ensuring construction standards are met
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles, with experience in practical applications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and safety
• Previous experience in architecture or real estate development is advantageous
• 2-5 Years of Experience
