Press Shop Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Press Shop Supervisor. The Press Shop Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of the press shop, including managing the production teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, monitoring machinery and equipment, and achieving production targets. Responsibilities also involve scheduling maintenance, maintaining quality control, and optimizing workflows to ensure operational efficiency. The Supervisor will play a key role in fostering collaboration, training, and leading the team to consistently achieve production excellence.

• Experience in shopfloor management, production supervision, and workflow optimization
• Hands-on expertise with press shop machinery, equipment operation, and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, quality control standards, and compliance practices
• Leadership, team management, and employee training abilities
• Problem-solving mindset, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Proficiency in using production planning and inventory management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role; manufacturing industry experience is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
