Role Overview
We are seeking a Production Executive with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations. The
candidate will be responsible for production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely
delivery while maintaining compliance with safety and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure achievement of output targets.
- Monitor workforce performance and allocate tasks effectively.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for raw material planning.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in corrugated board and box manufacturing,
- Implement corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain production schedules and optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or Printing and Packaging Industry or related Industry.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
