Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive *Site Supervisor* with hands-on experience in both *interior fit-outs* and *civil construction*. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely execution of work, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage site activities for both interior and civil projects.

* Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.

* Monitor project progress and report on site updates.

* Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.

* Manage materials, tools, and site documentation.

* Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in interior fit-outs and civil construction.

* Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.
