Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction projects, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and reviewing civil engineering designs, stormwater management plans, and construction processes while collaborating with team members to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Salary: 4,80,000- 6,00,000 LPA

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering concepts
• Experience in planning and managing construction projects
• Proficiency in Stormwater Management practices and implementation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Civil Engineers and project teams
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional certification or licensure (if applicable) is a plus
• Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects in urban environments is an advantage
