Solar Technician

This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requires a skilled Solar Technician to perform installations, routine maintenance, and system troubleshooting for solar energy systems. Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, assembling, and installing panels, testing systems for functionality, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The technician will also work closely with project managers and team members to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

• Hands-on experience and technical knowledge in Solar Systems and Solar Power technologies
• Familiarity with the Solar Industry and Power Generation processes
• Proven ability in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in solar energy installations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in conducting site surveys and understanding technical system designs
• Technical diploma or certification in electrical or renewable energy fields; relevant work experience may substitute
