Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Garment Production Incharge located in Jaipur. The role entails overseeing daily production activities, managing workflow to meet deadlines, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The Garment Production Incharge will coordinate with various departments, supervise team members, optimize resource utilization, and troubleshoot production challenges. Responsibilities include monitoring fabric and material usage, quality checks, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong production management skills, including workflow optimization, quality control, and resource allocation
- Proficiency in inventory management and logistics with a focus on garment material and fabric handling
- Experience in team supervision and cross-departmental coordination
- Problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting production-related issues
- Familiarity with compliance standards, workplace safety, and operational procedures
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Prior experience in garment production or the textile industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related discipline is advantageous
