Solar Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Solar Engineer. The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solar power systems, including photovoltaic designs and system configurations. Daily tasks will include conducting site assessments, preparing electrical designs, optimizing system performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The engineer will also collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solar energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in the Solar Industry, including Solar Power and Solar Systems
• Proficiency in understanding site drawings
• Experience in conducting site assessments and optimizing system performance
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance standards, and quality control in solar engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Familiarity with tools and software for solar system design (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD) is beneficial
