Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Soft Toys Pattern Master. The Pattern Master will be responsible for designing patterns for soft toys, selecting appropriate materials, creating prototypes, and ensuring precise cutting and stitching of fabric. Collaborating closely with the design and production teams, the role will involve reviewing product specifications, modifying patterns as needed, and maintaining high standards in craftsmanship. Additionally, the Pattern Master will ensure efficient utilization of resources to align with the company's quality and sustainability values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pattern making, cutting, and stitching for soft toys
- Expertise in textile selection and fabric utilization for crafting durable and safe products
