- Targeting candidates with 20+ years of total experience, with 10–15 years specifically in CASA back-office operations.
- Strong preference for candidates from a Corporate Banking background; pure retail banking profiles will not be considered.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in end-to-end CASA operations including account opening and maintenance, transaction processing (deposits, withdrawals, etc.), interest calculation, etc.
- Experience in OD management, Time Deposit, Foreign Exchange, creation of Swift Messages, KYC , CDD and reconciliation.
- Experience in Flexcube or similar core banking systems implementation
