Roles & Responsibilities:
- HCM Implementation: Lead and support full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a focus on the Benefits module.
- Module Expertise: Provide deep functional expertise in HCM Benefits processes, configurations, and reporting.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Benefits solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Analyze issues, propose solutions, and provide guidance during testing and post-implementation phases.
- Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on HCM Cloud best practices.
- Travel: Open to domestic and international travel as required for project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of HCM functional experience, with at least 5 full-cycle implementations (2+ in HCM Cloud).
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits module (mandatory).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
