Experience: 2–3 years in IT Recruitment

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities

Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
Experience working on C2H and Full-Time hiring models.
Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Good communication and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
