About The Role
We are seeking experienced Australia Recruiters to join our Australian Recruitment team focused on staffing roles in
Australia and New Zealand regions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruiting experience in these
markets and strong expertise in Non-IT recruitment. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities,
leveraging key job boards, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles across Australia and New Zealand regions.
- Source and attract candidates using job boards such as LinkedIn RPS, Indeed, and Seek.
- Screen resumes, candidate submittals, and coordinate hiring processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics, report progress, and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
- Stay updated with regional recruitment trends and employment regulations.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience focused on Australia, New Zealand, UK, EMEA, or APAC markets.
- Proven expertise in Non-IT recruitment, ideally recruiting for sectors like banking, healthcare, finance,
administration, sales, marketing, engineering or similar domains.
- Hands-on experience with job boards: Monster, LinkedIn RPS, Indeed, Seek.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage recruitment processes within the specified IST working hours (4:30 AM - 1:30 PM IST).

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with high-volume hiring and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of regional labor laws and compliance.
- Ability to adapt recruitment strategies for diverse markets.
