Hiring: Recruitment Team Expansion – Hyderabad, India

Positions: 1 Recruitment Manager, 2 Bench Sales Recruiters, 5 Technical Recruiters

Location: Hyderabad, India

Work Mode: On-site

Shift: Night shift aligned to U.S. Eastern / Central Time zones

We are expanding our recruitment team in Hyderabad and are looking for driven, results-oriented professionals to support our growing U.S. staffing and talent acquisition operations. This hiring initiative includes leadership as well as individual contributor roles across technical recruiting and bench sales. Open Roles

1) Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Manager will lead the Hyderabad recruitment team, drive performance, and ensure timely delivery against client and business hiring needs in the U.S. market. This role requires strong leadership, team management, and hands-on experience in technical recruiting and staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Technical Recruiters and Bench Sales Recruiters

• Set team goals, track KPIs, and drive recruiting performance and productivity

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support U.S. staffing requirements

• Monitor pipeline health, submissions, interviews, placements, and closures

• Ensure process discipline, compliance, reporting accuracy, and service quality

• Work closely with leadership and U.S. stakeholders to align hiring priorities

• Support team training, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience managing recruiting or staffing teams

• Strong background in U.S. IT staffing, technical recruiting, and/or bench sales

• Strong communication, team leadership, and reporting skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

2) Bench Sales Recruiter

The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing available consultants to vendors, clients, and implementation partners across the U.S. market, with the goal of securing project placements quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants for contract opportunities across the U.S.

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners

• Identify suitable requirements and match available consultants accordingly

• Coordinate consultant submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and closures

• Negotiate rates, terms, and placement details with vendors and clients

• Maintain updated records of consultant availability, skills, and project status

• Meet individual and team placement targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. bench sales and consultant marketing

• Strong network of vendors and implementation partners is preferred

• Good understanding of U.S. staffing processes, rate negotiation, and submissions

• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills

3) Technical Recruiter

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for U.S.-based technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in U.S. IT recruitment and the ability to work in a high-volume, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to submission and interview coordination

• Build strong candidate pipelines for priority technologies and recurring client demands

• Maintain candidate relationships and ensure timely communication throughout the process

• Work closely with account managers, hiring teams, and internal leadership on open requirements

• Meet daily and weekly targets for sourcing, screening, submissions, and closures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. IT staffing / technical recruiting

• Strong understanding of technologies, skill sets, and recruitment terminology

• Experience working with job boards, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn sourcing

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

General Requirements for All Roles

• Must be willing to work night shift aligned with U.S. Eastern or Central time

• Must be able to work on-site from our Hyderabad office

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work under deadlines and targets

• Prior experience in U.S. staffing / recruitment industry preferred
