Role Summary
We are seeking recruitment professionals with 28 years of experience, ranging from individual contributors to delivery managers. The role involves high-quality sourcing, end-to-end recruitment, team leadership (for higher bands), and revenue/delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery (All Levels)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Source & screen candidates using job portals, social platforms, market mapping & AI tools.
- Drive hiring for niche, senior, technical, and industrial roles across listed industries.
- Maintain strong relevance ratios and deliver diversity-driven talent pools.
- Manage candidate coordination, interviews, offers & onboarding.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Engage with hiring managers to understand role needs and deliver quality profiles.
- Manage SLAs, client expectations, and recruitment pipelines.
Team Management (For B3B5 Levels)
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and manage delivery targets.
- Improve team sourcing efficiency, TAT, and overall productivity.
Revenue & Business Management (For Manager/Lead Levels)
- Own delivery targets and revenue contribution.
- Monitor recruiter performance linked to incentive slabs.
- Support BD/Sales with hiring insights, talent analytics & project feasibility.
Qualifications
- 28 years of recruitment experience in any of the following industries:
- Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, EPC, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Chemicals, Real Estate, IT & Digital.
- Strong sourcing ability (core skill).
- Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS systems; AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
