We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will play a strategic role in scaling Affle's high-performing engineering and product teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive a best-in-class hiring experience. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will own full-cycle recruitment, influence hiring decisions, and contribute to our overall talent strategy in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive end-to-end technical recruitment for high-priority roles, spanning junior to leadership levels, in engineering and product.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, define clear selection criteria, and design scalable sourcing strategies that meet current and future talent needs.
- Leverage multiple sourcing techniquesBoolean search, social media, professional networks, events, employee referrals, and campus outreachto build robust talent pipelines.
- Conduct deep-dive screenings and interviews to evaluate technical and behavioural competencies, promoting fairness and inclusivity in all assessments.
- Guide candidates and hiring managers through every recruitment stage: talent engagement, feedback, offer negotiation, preboarding, and onboarding.
- Deliver market insights, talent trends, and competitor intelligence that shape hiring strategy and workforce planning.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, championing new tech and data-driven hiring methods to optimize time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Promote employer branding and participate in talent marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on key metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, DEI stats, feedback scores).
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or relevant discipline.
- 8-12 years experience in technical recruiting within high-growth product or AdTech environments.
- Demonstrated success filling technical roles from sourcing through onboarding, with strong command of Boolean logic and sourcing tech.
- Deep understanding of core technical roles and ability to translate requirements into effective hiring out`comes.
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills with a servant-leader mindset.
- Proficiency in modern ATS, recruitment marketing, and analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and juggle multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Certification in Recruiting/HR (e.g., SHRM, NIPM).
- Experience driving employer branding, workforce planning, or DEI initiatives.
