About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter(Btech/Bsc/Msc/BCA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across IT and Semiconductor domains. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, strong networking abilities, and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with exciting opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions in IT and Semiconductor sectors
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and departmental needs
- Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer acceptance process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and professional networking events
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Experience: 3-6 Years
Education:
- Bachelor's degree: B.Tech, BCA, BSC or equivalent
- Master's degree: M.Tech, MCA, or MBA in HR (preferred)
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and job requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit effectively
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting hiring targets
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for semiconductor roles (ASIC Design, Verification, DFT, Physical Design, etc.)
- Knowledge of campus recruitment processes
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
