Responsibilitie

  • s:Talent Sourcing & Acquisition – Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates using various sourcing strategie
  • s.End-to-End Recruitment – Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hirin
  • g.Pipeline Development – Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring need
  • s.Employer Branding – Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice through innovative recruitment initiative
  • s.Candidate Experience – Ensure a seamless, positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring proces
  • s.Market Research & Trends – Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices to drive talent acquisition efficienc
  • y.Talent Sourcing & Boolean Search – Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, to find top IT talent across platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portal

Required Qualificatio

  • ns:Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fie
  • ld.3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environme
  • nt.Proven expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and talent pipeline manageme
  • nt.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all leve
  • ls.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment too
  • ls.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-growth setti
  • ng.Strong expertise in Boolean search, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing too
