HR Recruiter to join our team and drive end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions.
Role: HR Recruiter
Location: Aerospace SEZ, Adibatla, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Compensation: 3 LPA to 5LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to Short Notice Preferred (Less than 15 Days)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive HR professional with strong expertise in
end-to-end recruitment, capable of hiring across levels—from
Associate to Director roles—while closely collaborating with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, and closure)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, ATS (Zoho or similar), and job portals
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate with hiring managers
- Administer and evaluate psychometric and domain assessments
- Work closely with top-level management on hiring requirements
- Generate offer letters and handle pre-onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily recruitment trackers
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Preferred / Added Advantage:
- Experience in Biotech, Pharma, or Manufacturing industry
- Basic AI skills

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT/Functional hiring)
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or any ATS platform
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting
- Ability to engage with and manage senior stakeholders
- Proven experience hiring across junior to leadership roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
