Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, etc.)
- Execute cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate new business opportunities
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple email marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring performance optimization and consistency.
- Manage and respond to inbound inquiries across multiple email accounts
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle — from first touchpoint to deal closure
- Write persuasive and professional sales emails and follow-ups
- Maintain consistent communication to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
- Track and manage leads using CRM or spreadsheets
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in lead generation, outreach, and email-based sales
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple email inboxes efficiently
- Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, CRM systems
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
