Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist - ANZ (Secondary Research)

Job Summary:

Shift Timings: 6 AM to 2 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and research-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and business development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting secondary research, identifying decision-makers within target organizations, mining & mapping relevant data, and building high-quality databases to drive SAP-related sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct secondary research using platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, company websites, industry directories, and other online resources.
  • Identify and map key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts (CIOs, CTOs, SAP Heads, IT Heads, IT Directors, Procurement Heads, etc.).
  • Generate qualified leads for SAP services, implementations, upgrades, migrations, and support projects.
  • Perform account mining and contact mapping across industries and geographies.
  • Build, maintain, and update structured lead databases in CRM systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company data policies.
  • Categorize leads based on industry, company size, SAP landscape, and potential business opportunity.
  • Support targeted email campaigns and outreach initiatives with accurate contact information.
  • Track lead generation metrics and provide regular reports to the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in SAP or IT services domain.
  • Strong experience in secondary research and database building.
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
