Job Title: Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist US Staffing (Internal Hiring)

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in US Staffing internal hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring recruiters, leads, and support roles within the US staffing business.
This role requires deep understanding of US staffing recruitment lifecycle, recruiter skill mapping, and hiring for niche roles across IT & Non-IT staffing domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end internal hiring for US staffing roles (Recruiters, Sr. Recruiters, Leads, Account Managers, Delivery Heads, etc.)
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring demand for US staffing teams
- Source candidates with relevant US staffing experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases
- Screen candidates based on US staffing knowledge (W2, C2C, 1099, tax terms, VMS/MSP models, etc.)
- Evaluate candidates on client handling, sourcing capability, and closure skills
- Manage interview coordination, feedback, and quick closures in a fast-paced environment
- Handle offer rollout, salary negotiation, and onboarding
- Build a strong pipeline of US staffing recruiters across experience levels
- Ensure quality hiring with focus on stability and performance
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in US Staffing Internal Hiring / TA (Mandatory)
- Strong experience hiring for US IT Recruiters & Non-IT Recruiters
- Deep understanding of US staffing concepts (W2, C2C, 1099, ATS, VMS/MSP)
- Proven ability to hire bulk + niche US staffing roles
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search
- Excellent screening, negotiation, and closure skills
- Ability to work in target-driven, high-pressure environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for US staffing companies or consulting firms
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Keka, Ceipal, JobDiva, etc.)
- Prior experience scaling US staffing teams quickly
