About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Senior Talent Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across diverse domains, while building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, extensive market knowledge, and established connections within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage existing professional networks and industry connections to attract top-tier talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to leadership.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
  • Strong expertise in IT/Technology hiring (Salesforce, M365, Data, Cloud, or other technical roles is a plus).
  • Proven ability to recruit for senior, niche, and leadership positions.
  • Extensive professional network and strong industry connections in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage high-volume hiring, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Preferred:
  • Experience recruiting for global clients or multinational organizations.
  • Exposure to both W2/1099/Contract and permanent hiring models.
  • Knowledge of compliance and labor regulations related to recruitment in India.
