Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for niche and leadership roles, with strong expertise in Boolean & X-Ray sourcing and a sharp eye for high-quality talent.

Location: Full-time, On-site position, Hyderabad Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end hiring sourcing, screening, closing across functions and seniority levels

Handle niche and leadership hiring independently (C-1 and C-2 level profiles)

Drive Boolean and X-Ray search across LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, IIMJobs, Instahyre

Build and maintain a live talent pipeline; track time-to-fill and quality-of-hire

Manage HR documentation, onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities

Monitor statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT) and payroll

Skills and Qualifications:

36 years in talent acquisition with at least 1 year in senior or niche hiring

FMCG, D2C, consumer brand, or startup background preferred

Expert Boolean and X-Ray search real practitioner, not a basic user

Experience closing leadership profiles, not just coordinating interviews

Working knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance basics

High ownership mindset you chase roles, you do not wait for candidates

Exposure to Tier 1 and Tier 2 hiring
