Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for niche and leadership roles, with strong expertise in Boolean & X-Ray sourcing and a sharp eye for high-quality talent.

Location: Full-time, On-site position, Hyderabad Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Own end-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, closing — across functions and seniority levels

· Handle niche and leadership hiring independently (C-1 and C-2 level profiles)

· Drive Boolean and X-Ray search across LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, IIMJobs, Instahyre

· Build and maintain a live talent pipeline; track time-to-fill and quality-of-hire

· Manage HR documentation, onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities

· Monitor statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT) and payroll

Skills and Qualifications:

· 3–6 years in talent acquisition with at least 1 year in senior or niche hiring

· FMCG, D2C, consumer brand, or startup background preferred

· Expert Boolean and X-Ray search — real practitioner, not a basic user

· Experience closing leadership profiles, not just coordinating interviews

· Working knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance basics

· High ownership mindset — you chase roles, you do not wait for candidates

· Exposure to Tier 1 and Tier 2 hiring
