Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across creative, marketing, operations, and client-facing func - tions.Proactively source and engage passive candidates using creative, non-generic methods (LinkedIn, niche platforms, communities, referrals,

What We're Look

Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting, with a track record in non-IT roles (ideally marketing, creative, digital, or business fun - ctions).Demonstrated experience hiring for non-IT rolesideally in marketing, creative, digital, or business functions. (Note: Experience in these exact domains is advantageous butnot re
